This service presumes the board has an active involvement in management of the affairs of the Corporation and our portfolio manager will participate supplement and guide the board in their effort of dealing with the dynamics of repairs and the maintenance of the facility. Our off- site admin team will be engaged with the daily record keeping, correspondence and notification, while our accounting team will be handling the financial transactions including the collection of monthly fees and bookkeeping. The portfolio management is a service tailored to the dynamics and requirements of the Corporation, this includes weekly or by weekly site visits, on site hours when applicable, monthly or quarterly meeting participation of our manager as necessary. Our team will be operating from the building facilities. Very often we deploy a site manager and site administrator in the facility using the existing building offices. Often we bring in our office equipment and related software never the less upon request we can operate on existing office equipment while the accounting will be held at our head office.
