A Status Certificate is a statutory document issued by a condominium corporation in accordance with Section 76 of the Ontario Condominium Act, 1998.
For the fastest service, Butlers recommends ordering online through the secure StatusCertificate.com / Conduit portal. Once processed, the certificate is delivered by email as a certified PDF. Processing options may include standard and expedited timelines where available.
