We collect only the information necessary to respond to inquiries, deliver proposals, and manage communities: names, email addresses, community details, and the content of messages you send us.

How We Use It

To respond to your inquiry, arrange consultations, deliver services, and — only with consent — send you the Butlers Brief and other relevant communications. We never sell your information.

Data Residency

Community and board data is stored in Canada. We hold data in trust for the condominium corporations we serve — the corporation owns its data, not Butlers.

Cookies

Our site uses minimal, essential cookies for analytics and accessibility. We do not use advertising trackers.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days.
